We got a 284 tons steel plate order from our Sir Lanka customer in February. The latest shipping date request by L/C is 15th Apr. But in view of the most important festival of Sir Lanka in April, if the shipping date later than 28th Mar, the customers will not clear the steel plates out of customs in time. So we push our produce dept to arrange the delivery.

But our steel plates are crushed under other customers', we need to move them away firstly. But it is around 20,000 tons, needs many days to moved away.  Till 22nd Mar, only 3 pcs steel plate we need were cleared out. How can we make the 284 tons steel plates all cleared out?

On 24th Mar, our sales man Sean Wang leave to the factory at 5:00 am, reach the factory at 7:30 am. He push the works on the scene. He did not have a rest till 10 pm. After a whole days hard work, around 200 tons steel plates were transported to XINGANG port. On the afternoon of 25th Mar, all the 284 tons steel plates are delivered to Xingang port. But we are afraid it is too late to catch the vessel, as the vessel will set sail on 29th. We must make sure the steel plates are released on 28th Mar itself.

On 28th Mar morning, we submit the documents to our customs, so luckily, they are released in the afternoon. Finally, we catch the vessel!

During the several days work, factory and our agent ask us to give up, ask us to change the vessel one weeks later, but we refused, we think we can do it. Finally, we succeed!
